Do I need to buy new computers for the I.D.ME Network?
No, existing CPU’s or laptops can be used initially if need be to implement the system. For the self-check capability, the system must have a touch screen.


What other hardware is required and where do I get it?
The I.D.ME system will operate on a variety of barcode scanners and printers. For a list of recommended hardware currently used by members of the I.D. network, click here.

Will the system work with my current scanner or label printer?
Most likely. Contact our customer service department, prior to purchase to check for compatibility at support@idmenetwork.com.

What happens at the end of one year?
Beginning 60 days prior to anniversary date, I.D.ME Network members will begin to receive renewal reminders for the annual licensing fee. Upon receipt, available updates will be forwarded and license will be renewed for an additional year.

Is the annual licensing fee per workstation?
No. The licensing renewal fee is for per member/organization. For members with multiple campuses/locations, the annual licensing fee is per location.

Why is there an annual licensing fee?
The licensing fee provides the I.D.ME Network member with 12 months of hosting, customer support, new product offers and incentives and product upgrades and improvements throughout the year.

Are there other systems out there for less?
Absolutely. But don’t be deceived. No other system offers the quality, services and capabilities of the I.D.ME Network for any where near this price. Inferior printers, lack of reporting capabilities and simple lack of user friendliness make other systems pale in comparison to the I.D.ME Network.

Why are other some other systems so much more expensive?
Honestly, we don’t know. Except that they can. Many companies are interested in the biggest of the big and by charging a per head cost per month, they can afford to do business only with a minute percentage of churches in the nation. To be fair, many systems are also tied to elaborate accompanying programs and do not allow churches to purchase pieces of the system without purchasing the whole. At I.D.ME, we realize that not every church can afford thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars per month to provide the systems they need. We are confident that by offering the product at an affordable cost, the market will reflect the impact of this system over time.

Why is the system so inexpensive?
We want every church in America to experience the impact that this system will have on their ministry. Our desire is to make the system affordable to all.
