Because when it comes to safety, there is no compromise.
Predetermined Room Assignments based upon:
Age Designation—understanding that it is vital that children be in the correct areas based on age, I.D.ME allows the administrator to pre-determine groupings based on the safe interaction of like ages.
Room Capacity—as your organization continues to grow, allow I.D ME to grow with you. Preset limits on rooms clearly identify where the parent/guardian should check in their child.
EX: If your facility has two four year old areas, you can preset the system to send the first 10/15/20 four year olds who check in to Room A and automatically, the next four year old will be sent to room B by simple nametag designation.
Event Times—as your organization grows and expands, you may have different needs for different events such as services. I.D.ME allows you to pre-set your rooms to what is needed for that event. This can change as often as need be, it is just a click away!EX: If your organization offers multiple service times on the same day, you can customize the pre-sets for that service. At the 8:30 a.m. you may combine the 2’s and 3’s together in one room due to attendance or volunteer availability. While in the 10:00 a.m. you may utilize a separate room for the 2’s and 3’s. One click, with preset log-ins and you are ready for business.
Event Description—throughout the week, I.D.ME allows you to have all the capabilities of tracking, check-in times and back end record keeping at the touch of a button. By presetting your events, the system recognizes what event is occurring by the date, time and preference settings.
Unique Family ID’s recognized by system—upon initial set-up each member is given a unique family I.D which can be used in multiple facets as your I.D.ME system grows. Uses include kids check-in, volunteer placement, special events, redemption points and more!
Simple, visual identification check out facilitated by staff/volunteers—In order to be excused from their assigned rooms, your children's printed label # must match the accompanying parent's I.D.ME key tag or wallet card. Your staff or volunteers simply visually inspected each for a match to be released.
