Q: Why are my room assignments not showing up during the week?

A: IDME room assignments are based on the day of the week as well as the time of day. If you are experiencing this problem at something other than a regularly scheduled service time do not be alarmed, the system is working as expected.

Q: Can I test my Room Plan during the week?

A: If you want to test your room assignments during the week simply create a new service day/time for your desired testing period, assign it to your room plan and test away. When you create this special service time for testing it would be a good idea to set its beginning and ending check-in times to a fairly wide range to allow you enough time to test.

Q: Why are my labels not printing correctly.

A: IDME labels are designed to fit on a specific size of label so be sure to choose the correct label in the Label Designer in the Admin program. Also make sure that you have correctly installed the appropriate printer drivers for your printer and have selected the label printer as your default printer in Windows.

Q: Sometimes kids do not show up with a room assigned during a regularly scheduled service time.

A: Since IDME assigns rooms based on ages or grades, you'll want to check the kid in question to make sure that they have an accurate date of birth and that their grade is properly assigned in the Kid/Youth data tab. Also check your current room plan to confirm that you have all possible ages & grades accounted for.

Q: Can I manually override a room assignment for an individual kid?

A: Yes. Search for the kid you want to override in either the Admin or Guest Services program. Right click on their name in the grid at the bottom of the screen and select Assign Room. A window will pop up with all possible rooms for you to choose form. Select the desired room and click OK. Double click their name line to select them for print and click Check-In Now to print their label.

Q: Can I use I.D.ME for events other than Kids?

A: Absolutely! IDME can be used to check in & report on attendance for any age group. Just create rooms for the ages that you want to include in an event, create a new room plan for those rooms & times and change the age limit under the System Setup tab.
